She turned her gaze back down the lakeshore the way they'd came, eyeing the trailhead that would take them up and over and through, already building a list of beautiful vistas to show the spotted mare. It may take them several days, but —

"Absolutely!" Aveline exclaimed with a silvery laugh. "Let me give you the grand tour!"
